1. Introduction

Welcome to PHK Packaging Ltd. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products & Specifications

Catalog Items: We supply eco-friendly takeaway containers, catering supplies, cutlery, and food packaging materials.
Product Imagery & Measurements: All product dimensions, capacities, and colors shown online are approximate and provided for guidance. Minor variations may occur during manufacturing.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom-printed or bespoke packaging items are produced based on customer-approved artwork and specs. Orders for custom items cannot be canceled once production has commenced.

3. Ordering & Payment

Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in USD ($) and exclude applicable VAT and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment verification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Times: Standard stock items are processed within standard business days. Delivery estimates depend on location and carrier capacity.
Delivery Responsibility: Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Ensure access is available for carrier drop-offs.
Inspecting Goods: Customers must inspect packaging deliveries upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damages, missing items, or short shipments.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Standard Stock Items: Unused standard packaging items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14–30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exclusions: Food-grade packaging that has been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

PHK Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that chosen packaging materials comply with their local food safety regulations and intended food contact uses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
